Very disappointed with our experience. 1. There were only two of us, and I asked if we could have a larger table. The server told us it was reserved. However, less than five minutes later, a single diner walked in and was seated at that same table. There were also several other tables available at the time, so the explanation simply didn’t make sense. 2. I ordered Starter #14, which the menu clearly states contains beef. When the dish arrived, there was no beef at all. I checked the menu, and only then did the server come over to tell us they had run out of the beef jerky and had substituted mushrooms instead. Seriously? Why wasn’t I informed before the dish was prepared? What if I had a mushroom allergy or simply didn’t want a substitution? Replacing a key ingredient without notifying the customer is unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing dining experience, and based on our visit, I can’t recommend this restaurant.

I visited Pho Metro today and was disappointed with my meal. I ordered the beef over rice for $15, but when it arrived, it only had about six small pieces of beef. It didn't feel like a reasonable portion for the price. When I asked about it, the server first told me that it was their normal portion. Later, he said it was actually less than the normal portion. The conflicting explanations were frustrating and didn't inspire confidence. I understand that portions can vary, but for the price, I expected more consistency and better value. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I hope the restaurant improves both its portion sizes and communication with customers.

Pho Metro is absolutely the best spot for Pho! I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is attentive, patient and friendly. And of course let’s talk about the food, the taste is phenomenal. You cannot go wrong with any dish. My personal favorites are the spring rolls, wings, and the pho of course 🙂‍↕️

Our first visit to Pho Metro and it was fabulous. Four of us dined in and none of us were too familiar with Vietnamese food - which our server quickly noticed and stepped in as a guide. He was superb! He made it fun and easy. When our pho arrived, he carefully pointed out how to use the condiments. And what tasty pho! What an awesome experience! Thank-you, thank-you Pho Metro

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The grilled pork, chicken, and shrimp were cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and tender, with just the right amount of marinate. Every bite was bursting with deliciousness, and nothing was dry, which is always a sign of great grilling. The spring rolls were another standout—crispy on the outside, with a fresh, tasty filling that was well-balanced in flavor. The ingredients were clearly fresh, enhancing every dish. My only personal preference would be the addition of bean sprouts and fresh mint, but that didn’t take away from the meal. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
